A magpie alights
On gable , flaps tail, looks, swoops down,
To green lawn. Worm ends.
Again, in my
mirror,
Pink wrinkled
caricature of
An orangutan.
Impatiently wait
In cold doorway
for transport
Dead flies in
cobweb.
